02.28 Gold Pond

It was a beautiful day in late winter where 5 people took a stroll around a lovely mountain pond.  As expected, the popular trail only required waterproof boots. The snow is sadly very lacking this year. If you compare these photos to other photos of our snow outings in the past you can tell how low the snowpack is for late February. Regardless the gruop had a wonderful day soaking up teh sun and the beauty that surrounded us.
