12 in our family found a unique outlet for their frustrations with Parkinson's at Rage Industry in Lake City. Upon arrival, they were greeted by a wall of items to choose from, and some of their own pieces from Goodwill earlier that day. Splitting into teams of two and three, they donned necessary safety gear before selecting their weapons of choice: baseball bats, hammers, golf clubs, or sledgehammers. With gusto, they proceeded to shatter their selected breakables, transforming them into hundreds of smaller pieces. This activity provided each participant with a much-needed release from the daily struggles of dealing with Parkinson's disease.
