03.20 Nisqually Wildlife Refuge

After quite a few of our members finished circling 2 very full parking lots looking for space, 15 people braved grey clouds on the last day of winter. The clouds turned to sun breaks and the pace was easy as friends chatted away along the boardwalk. In our stroll over the tidal flats we got to see seals, geese, herons and more than 6 bald eagles. After the walk we found picnic tables and lingered, chatting for some time.
